Competition Format – Getting Familiar with the New Rules!
The 2025 tournament retains three main stages:
- Play-in Stage: Only 2 teams compete in a Bo5 elimination. The winner advances to the Swiss Stage.
- Swiss Stage: 16 teams compete in Bo1 matches with direct elimination determining who enters the Knockout Stage.
- Knockout Stage: 8 teams compete in Bo5 elimination matches, making it more intense than ever!

The event will be hosted in China across three major cities:
- Play-in & Swiss Stage: Beijing Smart Esports Center
- Quarterfinals & Semifinals: Mercedes-Benz Arena, Shanghai
